Quality standard for wooden components
A wooden frog
  • Chipped paint - not acceptable * Height differences on the outer surface of the wood - unleveled surface of no more than 0.5 mm in depth or height is acceptable
  • A flat surface on one of the sides of the frog is acceptable with a diameter of no more than 20 mm
  • Wood fuzz on the perimeter is acceptable with a length of no more than 0.1 mm
  • Image - no more than 3 mm offset relative to the center is acceptable
  • Wood damage - natural roughness of the surface where the depth is no more than 0.5 mm is acceptable.
Wooden dice
  • Product width - 25 mm ±0.8 mm
  • Wood damage - mechanical damage with a diameter of not more than 0.5 mm is acceptable.
  • Recesses in the wood on one of the edges of the product of no more than 0.7 mm in diameter are acceptable.
  • Image - no more than 2 mm offset relative to the center is acceptable

    • Product thickness - 6 mm (±0.5 mm)
    • Chipped paint - not acceptable
    • Wood defects - a plywood patch is acceptable if the surface difference is no more than 0.2 mm. The presence of plywood chips along the perimeter of the cut is acceptable but can be no more than 4 mm long, no more than 0.3 mm wide, no more than 0.2 mm deep, and there can be no more than 3 defects.
